Terms of Wedding Chapel Use

A 25 % non refundable deposit is to be paid to hold the wedding date and will be taken off the balance of the wedding. All weddings must be paid in full 10 days prior to the wedding date. The deposit will not be refunded on cancellations. Rescheduled dates will incur an additional 25 % fee on cancellations. No-Shows will receive no refund. A fee of $50.00 will be assessed for every half-hour the wedding is delayed. After a hour delay the wedding will be cancelled with no refund.

Heaven Sent Wedding Chapel is not responsible for personal injury on the property and conditions out of our control such as acts of nature, guests attendances, or the behavior of children in weddings. No food or drink is permitted in the sanctuary.

Terms of Banquet Hall Use

A 25 % non refundable deposit is to be paid to hold the banquet hall date and will be taken off the balance of the event. Payment must be paid in full 10 days prior to the date. The deposit will not be refunded on cancellations. Rescheduled dates will incur an additional 25 % fee on cancellations. No-Shows will receive no refund.

Heaven Sent Wedding Chapel is a smoke and alcohol free environment. In order for us to provide a beautiful and well maintained banquet hall we require all bubbles and birdseed to be used outside of the facility.

Terms of Rentals

A deposit of equal amount is required for all rentals. Formalwear, accessories and decoration rentals must be paid in full 10 days prior to the wedding date.  All rentals must be returned in good condition. Anything deemed more than normal usage ware will result in forfeiture of deposit. All rentals must be returned to Heaven Sent Wedding Chapel on the date specified on the contract. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Terms of Cake and Floral Orders

A 25 % non refundable deposit is required for all cake and floral orders. All cake and floral orders must be paid in full 10 days prior to the wedding date.

 A refundable deposit is required on all cake accessories. All accessories must be returned in good condition. Anything deemed more than normal usage ware will result in forfeiture of the deposit. All cake accessories must be returned to Heaven Sent Wedding Chapel on the date specified on the contract. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Live flower orders are non refundable on cancellation due to the fact that they are a special order item. Live flower orders are placed at the time of booking.
