A Touch of Elegance

 The banquet hall is beautifully decorated with pale green walls, midnight garden carpet, and crystal chandeliers.

We have just added a beautiful garden mural behind the bride and groom and wedding party tables.

The room has 12 round tables that are decorated with your choice of black, burgundy, hunter green, or white table cloths. Each table is accented by an antique silver centerpiece with a white and cream flower bouquet at the top. It is set with china dinnerware and silver flatware. The crystal glasses are accented with napkins done in your wedding colors.

The brides table is lifted up onto a pedestal and is decorated with your choice of table cloth and accented with mirrored glass candle holders, flower bouquets, an antique silver champagne bucket, and icicle lights around the skirting. It is also set with china dinnerware and silver flatware. The crystal glasses are also accented with napkins done in your wedding colors.

The buffet table is beautifully decorated with a matching table cloth and silver chaffer pans with an antique silver candelabra with the candles done in your wedding colors. The centerpiece of the candelabra is done in your choice of flowers or fruit. The table is accented with lights to make the table luminescent.

The cake table is decorated with a column arch with ivy and greenery for exquisite pictures, it also has twinkle lights and is covered with your choice of  table cloth. It is the perfect spot to enhance the beauty of your wedding cake.

The hall also contains a 10 x 12 dance floor with a DJ table. Just perfect for the bride and groom to have their first dance as man and wife. Also, besides having the normal men and women's restrooms we also have a family restroom to make it a little easier when you have children.

For All Occasions

The banquet hall is also available for rental to all occasions from, birthday parties, school events, to sales meetings. Let us hold your next special event.

Banquet Hall Non-Catered

• Monday thru Thursday hall rental price is $75.00 an hour with a 3 hour minimum
• Friday thru Sunday hall rental price is $125.00 an hour with a 4 hour minimum
• A security deposit of $200.00 is required and refundable upon inspection of the hall
• This price includes the use of tables, chairs, buffet table, DJ equipment, standard decorations and the use of restroom facilities
• It does not include the use of kitchen, table cloths, centerpieces, dinnerware, flatware, glasses and decorative under table lighting
• Table cloths and centerpieces are available for rental at $10.00 each
• White chair covers are also available to rent at $3.50 with white bow , or $4.00 with colored bow
• The use of outside decorations must be approved by Heaven Sent Wedding Chapel

Banquet Hall Catered

• Monday thru Thursday hall rental price is $75.00 an hour with a 3 hour minimum and $10.95 per person for catered meal
• Friday thru Sunday hall rental prices is $125.00 an hour with a 4 hour minimum and $11.95 person for catered meal
• A security deposit of $200.00 is required and refundable upon inspection of the hall
• This price includes the use of all amenities of the banquet hall
• Catered Food Menu  @ $11.95 per person
• The use of outside decorations must be approved by Heaven Sent Wedding Chapel

Heaven Sent Wedding Chapel is a smoke free environment.  We now allow Champagne and Wine but, we don't allow beer or hard liquor. In order for us to provide a beautiful and well maintained banquet hall we require all bubbles and birdseed to be used outside of the facility.
